MODEL 80
DOUBLE DISC GRINDER


 
 

For you disc grinding requirements, choose a Model 80 from the wide range of disc sizes and horsepower options available.  Applicable for production runs as well as odd lot and special situations, the Model 80 is designed for use with adhesive backed, plate  mounted or nut inserted disc wheels.  Discs are drilled to D.G.M.S. standards unless otherwise specified.

The fabricated steel wheel guards feature telescopic adjustment for 3" usable abrasive.  Stationary exhaust outlets are provided for connection to auxiliary or central dust collection systems.
 

U.S. Model 80 Double End Disc Grinder

Working surfaces offered in both the plain and universal lever feed table designs provide a generous area for clamping and work support.  Special adaptations and modifications to the Model 80 are available to suit mast any need.

Note: Units with a motor of 7-1/2 horsepower or larger will be belt driven instead of direct drive. A direct drive model is shown above.
