These two machines are specifically designed for abrasive belt grinding on both roughing and finishing operations.  In using today's advanced coated abrasives with free cutting characteristics, virtually all types of materials are accommodated to increase productivity, improve quality and reduce cost.

The U.S. Model 505 not only provides production economies but is also equipped with an integral dust collector.  Generated dust is drawn to the bottom of the cabinet and directed upward through a reusable metal filter.  Filtered air is recirculated to the atmosphere.

Both styles feature mechanical idler mounted on the machine providing self-contained advantages in both installation and relocation.  In addition, abrasive belts can be combined or interchanged with wire wheels or buffing wheels for production flexibility.
